EPISODE 1 Will I go to heaven when I die?

EPISODE 1
Will I go to heaven when I die?

VOX POPS

I try not to think about it - The lights just go out, so when you’re dead you’re dead - I would like to think there is something - I hope to come back again, you know be reincarnated – I believe that I will go to heaven because Jesus died for me.

Theophilus:

I have to tell you something. I’m scared about what will happen when I die. Will I go to heaven? Have I been good enough? And when Peter says everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved, does he mean that we just have to call out the name of Jesus to get to heaven?

Luke:

No, no, he is not saying that you just need to call out the name of Jesus and you will be saved. What Peter is saying is no matter what you have done in the past, if you call on the name of Jesus, say sorry and turn away from the things that you’re done wrong and put your life in His hands, then yes you will be saved.

Jesus Himself said:

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

God does not look on us as either good or bad, but rather as lost or found and He is desperate that no one should be lost.
